JeiMart first started in Canada during the beginning of the Covid pandemic in 2020, from the idea of providing a safe an easy hub for consumers to buy certain daily use products without having to leave the safety of their own home.  The founders had experience and history working with wholesalers in their previous employment, which allowed them to rapidly develop strong relationships with some well known household brands.

Over the years, JeiMart recognized that many US companies only shipped their products within the US, which limited JeiMart’s product offering to Canadians; in 2022, JeiMart partnered with a freight forwarder in Portland, OR, which would receive, prep and forward certain products to Canada, allowing JeiMart to offer the products free and faster shipping on orders of certain US only products.

In 2023, JeiMart and the Portland based freight-forwarder advanced their partnership to allow JeiMart to sell directly in the US.  The Portland based partner would receive, store, prep and ship out all orders within the continuous United States on behalf of JeiMart.
